Dismantled - Additional Qualifications

I'm not sure if we need to include this on the page, but I had a problem with the Dismantled achievement. I killed Xera but I didn't get it. Err, I guess it's more proper to say "I was part of a squad that killed Xera" because I died really quickly to the gliding @_@ I contacted support and I got this:

You get Dismantled by beating Xera, but it's based on your participation during the fight. You are correct in that you are not getting credit due to dying too soon. If you're down for too long, or you didn't do any real damage, you don't get credit. It can be kind of finicky, and we know ts frustrating. But there is nothing we can do about it. You will have to have the fight again. And be sure to do not just enough damage, but help out enough during the fight as well.

The Xera in the second phase is internally a different enemy than the Xera in the first phase. You need to hit the Xera in the second phase to be eligible for the achievement which means that you need to survive until the second phase. See NPC IDs for reference, Xera has 2 different IDs there unlike all other bosses. Endaris (talk) 18:17, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
