- I would expect that as with Shredding Recharge Rate (and following the mathematical use of 'rate'), the formula would be [new recharge time] = [original recharge time] / (1 + [bonus]) where bonus is 0.0 to 0.30.
- In other words, expect a constant increase in frequency as opposed to decrease in recharge time which would produce an exponential increase in frequency. (Although I understood what you meant to ask, either interpretation and corresponding equation is technically linear—using non-linear equations here would be pretty funky.) --HonoredMule 20:03, 25 January 2013 (UTC)
