In my experience the recipes for these sets can't be bought from the trading post until a criterium is fulfilled. Not sure, but it's probably unlocking the corresponding Elonian armor skins like in the case of acquisition from NPCs. -- kazerniel (talk) 14:32, 25 October 2018 (UTC)
