Does "outgoing" include or exclude self-healing? (I could imagine that it just means you need to be the source, as opposed to "incoming" healing received from others, but I also could imagine that it means the recipient also needs to be someone else.) Felbryn (talk) 17:46, 20 May 2016 (UTC)
