That I know of, the recipe for these doesn't exist in-game. I also can't find trace of it on the API. I think you have to simply buy it off the merchant, or get it form special containers like the Chest of Inscriptions. -Darqam 14:22, 6 March 2017 (UTC)

ew... so you can't swap stats in the Mystic Forge for cheap (requires jade shards), or you can craft Thackery's directly using fulgurites... --138.75.129.136 18:16, 6 March 2017 (UTC)
