Added this page due to the generically-named "staff" apparently not having a page, or it being under a name I couldn't locate. It was (will correct this in a sec) being linked to the staff skills page (which is the wrong reference) from the Artificer page. I chose not to include the data for the Dredge Pillar rare variety, instead adding a link, since it's redundant to add a data block from an already existing page to this page just for local completeness. Unfortunately, I don't know how to add in new images or use alternate references to get an existing image to be referenced by a different name (i.e. this item's skin is the same as the simple staff skin, but I don't know the syntax to make "staff" bring up the "simple staff" image).
