It was auto unlocked this achievement right after I got a Salvaged Puissance. Does it have to be consumed?? Or it's bugged?

This a one time use?

Do I only use it once. I bought 3 on TP for example. Used one, and now it keeps telling me to wait to next day to use again. But its been a few days--Knighthonor (talk) 12:16, 29 August 2019 (UTC)
