Does not follow pattern of other Condition Damage runes

Is the data shown here correct? (The Condition Damage for the 3 runes is the same, contrary to the patterns followed by the older runes.) --Alad (talk) 16:58, 13 August 2013 (UTC)

The data is according to the API: minor / major / superior. The other new runes, Rune of Exuberance and Rune of Tormenting, also exhibit this anomaly. —Dr Ishmael 19:19, 13 August 2013 (UTC)

How many stacks of confusion does this apply?

From what I've seen in videos and experienced myself, these apply 5 stacks per interrupt. Very potent against newbies who don't stop casting/attacking when they see confusion on them --68.149.37.12 00:22, 2 October 2013 (UTC)
