Are there any subsequent (hidden) achievements that can be obtained after receiving this mail?

Fairly certain it's like Blaine, if you look at the Story Journal (4th tab on hero panel) then you can see if there are any hidden achievements remaining for each episode by looking at the icon next to the episode. If the icon is a star, then it had no more remaining achievements. Conversely, if the icon is a circle, then there are remaining achievements. Sythe 01:39, 1 August 2017 (UTC)

The star only shows if you have completed all available achievements, right? So this method to check will work only for those who have completed all achievements. --138.75.230.51 08:43, 1 August 2017 (UTC)

I have this in my inventory. When I /wiki it, the wiki can't find it, even though the item ID that comes up matches the one on this page. [&AgE+PwEA] typed in the search bar here returns:
