Sounds like a place grawl have no business being. Are you sure it wasn't skritt? I'm worried that these things won't drop twice for an account, so confirming this could be troublesome. SarielV 17:29, 17 November 2018 (UTC)

I can confirm the drop from random Grawl. I got one from a grawl in the pre-events for Frozen Maw. Adeira Tasharo (talk) 01:16, 18 November 2018 (UTC)

It does not only drop once per account. I've just gotten it for the third or so time, again from Karka in Ember Bay during the Karka champ pre event. And there were no enemy skritt around, only the ones to escort. 46.87.159.216 16:07, 6 January 2019 (UTC)

I can confirm they can drop from Karka, I got on in Southsun while doing daily events.
