First, please sign your comments by adding ~~~~ to the end of your comment. Second, do you a) have Heart of Thorns and if so b) The Provisions Master rank completed? If you don't, that's likely why you're not seeing it. If you have both, it's likely a bug, as they should still have it. Forgot to mention that the vendor list here is generated by a template, so if there is an issue in game, then it should be mentioned on the vendor page, not here methinks. - Do_odleplex 00:23, 29 December 2017 (UTC)
