Kourna drop[edit]
Just dropped for my friend in random event on Domain of Kourna, normal mob. seems like random drop in PoF maps? Czokalapik

PvP Drop[edit]
I can confirm, it does drop from the Domain of Kourna Reward Track in sPvP. I got it RNG from the Kournan Coffer (I believe); obtained at the 50% midway point in the reward track. Bandlero (talk) 03:59, 3 July 2018 (UTC)
