For skills thst regerate x initiative per 10 seconds, does it increase the rate of initiative regen or does it proive an instant 2 initiative at standard intervals?

It adds 2 every 10s. The timer counts down even when your initiative is full; ie. your first recovery could be at any moment from 0s to 10s after using initiative, though it will always be 10s after the last gain. The gain is synchronized with Infiltrator's Signet. If you have both, you will gain 3 every 10s. Tested 4 November 2012. Okuza 00:26, 5 November 2012 (UTC)
