The information about selectable stats is incorrect. I was able to choose from any stat set, even Celestial.

Are you sure that wasn't the Advanced Spinal Blades? I typed this list up while looking at the list in-game. —Dr Ishmael 04:19, 21 February 2014 (UTC)

Anamoly note incorrect

I just made the Quad Spinal Blades (I've been away for a few months) and selecting the stats did make it soulbound to the character I was using at the time. Perhaps it was hotfixed at some point. 70.27.138.138 01:18, 31 July 2014 (UTC)
