Th red attunement stated for the Battle of Lion's Arch version is the effect a player gets, not the one that the Knight has. The Knight has Red Attunement: Takes increased damage from blue and green attunements. The current version makes it seems as if picking up red attunement yourself makes you do less damage to the Knight.
