Yes it's stuck, or bugged, and is so pretty often, to the point where I've only seen it's "pre" event happen once. And no, if an event is removed from the game, we don't remove it from the wiki, we just put historical tags on it. - Do_odleplex 08:39, 9 December 2016 (UTC)
