Bugged? This event appears to be stuck. The event is active, he's in the water near the POI "Broken Spit". I overcame the bug by aggroing a nearby foe close enough for the NPC to attack it. Maybe will work for others too. -Sutgon (talk) 21:24, 13 July 2016 (UTC)
