Does he say anything after collecting the ornaments, but before unlocking the tree? Didn't check and using the tree apparently kicked everyone out. Joining another player's instance wont let me talk to them either. It's quite silly how you collect all their ornaments (Including a gold ball they were going to sell for food!), yet you never return any of them. Karuro 02:09, 20 December 2014 (UTC)

Having completed this once (last year) I was surprised to get the letter again this year. I cannot find the Orphans either. Can you actually do this twice?
