HI, can someone add a bugs section to this, saying that as of 10/09/12 if you pick up the anchor gun thing, and use the 'tooth stab' thief skill (after stealing something from target)you will make the gun disappear and will have to start over again.


Informality I haven't been reading the walkthroughs on many pages, but reading this one, it occurred to me, that the tone of voice is quite informal, "jokey" and lacks the professionally-guaranteeing tone of many other wikis (including the original Guild Wars Wiki). Are all of the pages like this?

Ease your life: Fight from entry of each room[edit]

A little hint, turning that primary into something quite easy: In each room, enter only enough to trigger Maeva's speech and then back up. Once Golems have turned red, they are out of range and don't attack. Then, just lure them one by one from where you are. Only one at a time is coming and with Sieran by our side, that's 2 against 1, so no issue. Make sure to clear all Golems in each rooms to have safe way back later.

Lion's Arch Revamp[edit]

Seems I can't enter the gate now; it is blocked by a door & gurard after the 2014-03 changes? HOw can I please?


Disappearing Dimensional Anchor Bug[edit]

This is similar to the issue mentioned at the top of the page, but it might be different since I wasn't playing a thief (I was playing a warrior) and the Dimensional Anchor disappeared on me four separate times as I made my way back down to the basement and I couldn't see any cause for it. As with the bug mentioned above, if the Dimensional Anchor disappears on you, you have to start the quest over again; there's no way to continue. If this does occur to you, and you can't figure out what's causing it like me, I got around the bug by simply rushing down to the basement and ignoring all the reanimated golems along the way. Once I got down there, I used the anchor no Maeva as soon as I could get a clean shot. If you get this bug and have to go this route, focus on killing the Orrian scout and keep ignoring the golems - they'll disappear once the cutscene starts.

Sequence Breaking[edit]

I wanted to experiment more with the Dimensional Anchor, and I was able to get past the force field on the second floor by jumping to footholds on the railing, then jumping over. Once I went through the exit to the roof, I was teleported back to the first floor. The golems in the cellar won't activate until the ones on the first floor are killed.
