Dropped from an Iboga Sprout near Springer Ranch. Tried Veteran Oakhearts near Lion's Arch, and Ibogas in Kourna before. Seems all of these drop it, just the drop rate is low, and Iboga Sprouts are the fastest to kill per minute. 0blade42 (talk) 09:45, 6 May 2021 (UTC)
