I have an updated photo for this NPC. Managed to rock crawl my way up to him.
Can't get much better of an angle than that due to lack of footing in front of the NPC.
No dialogue box for interaction, just the usual one-sided NPC conversation: Mysterious Stranger: "I like it here." ; "You seem friendly." ; "Are you well?" ; "Greetings." ; "Did you need something?" Exempt (talk) 18:40, 17 November 2016 (UTC)
