Intensity

I just want to mention that these skills work differently, based on the level of their users. Many skills that usually cause conditions don't do so, if the user is on a very low level, like level 3 or so. For example the river drakes lvl 60 burn foes with their fire breath, river drakes lvl 3 don't. Also some control effects "don't work" if the foe using it is to low on level.--Aylia (talk) 11:02, 3 November 2021 (UTC)
