I can still see item ids for these are confused - though my edit summary for the deletion log of "Recipe: Minor Sigil of Renewal (rare)" "{{merge|Recipe: Major Sigil of Renewal|discussion link|It has been updated in-game to be named correctly as Major. Screenshot can be provided for proof}}" seems to suggest otherwise. I recently picked up this item id again from this reddit post, which has old data so I'm not sure if they corrected it or not.

Any way here's the decoded confusion.

• Item #44657 - is called "Recipe: Minor Sigil of Renewal", it is masterwork. It also teaches recipe id #7290, used to make item #44945 "Minor Sigil of Renewal". (Correct)

• Item #44717 - is called "[[Recipe: Major Sigil of Renewal (masterwork)|Recipe: Major Sigil of Renewal]]", it is masterwork. It teaches recipe id #7290, used to make item #44945 "Minor Sigil of Renewal". (Anomaly)

• Item #44656 - is called "Recipe: Major Sigil of Renewal", it is rare. It teaches recipe id #7291, used to make "Major Sigil of Renewal". (Correct)

• Item #44718 - is called "[[Recipe: Minor Sigil of Renewal (rare)|Recipe: Minor Sigil of Renewal]]", it is rare. It teaches recipe id #7291, used to make "Major Sigil of Renewal". (Anomaly)
