Time limit[edit]
Per Gaile on (https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/game/gw2/Updates-about-Wintersday), the time to achieve the title and hence the shoulders was extended throughout the year, but did they clarify whether it was one whole year or the rest? Syunfung (talk) 04:26, 22 July 2016 (UTC)
