The Machined Staff Shaft can be found on both Noxious Pods AND inside the final cache on Dragon Stand (after the Mouth of Mordremoth dies). This also applies to any other version of that item (e.g. any Machined "X" Shaft).

This is because the final chest counts as a 'deluxe noxious pod'. Anything that can be found in noxious pods can be found in the chest ;) -Darqam (talk) 22:59, 27 March 2016 (UTC)
