Achievement Links

Should there be links in the notes of relevant collection achievements to the corresponding lore books that are generated from them? Compare Collapse of the White Mantle (lore book) and Into the Mind of Madness (achievement with lorebook unlinked) with Parables of the Gods (lore book) and Storyteller: Grenth (achievement with lorebook linked).
