Restart the game??[edit]
- It really feels like i will have to first create a human character in order to see which one of these racial skills that would be the most useful. Because it seems likley that you will obtain the avatar of the god you choose to be blessed by when you create a new character. So, if i play on the new character until i reach lvl 80 and get a great gear, and then realize that "Oh no, i can't do this mission/speed clear without Avatar of Kormir.". Then i would need to restart the game in order to get the skill. If this is true it sucks, because then i won't be able to just jump into the game when its released. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 90.227.63.206 (talk).
- You can obtain all racial skills of your race of choice on any character of that race. Racial skills will never be important at that level, though; they are weaker utility skills than your profession's utility skills. - Infinite - talk 23:03, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
- ^That and, in addition, biography affects your story, but it doesn't affect gameplay. (I.e. norn can still get all four forms.) Aqua (T|C) 01:53, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- ^Yeah what they said. basically, your bio questions have no affect whatsoever on your skills. --Moto Saxon 01:55, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
- ^Given, you might not be able to access certain missions because of profession/race combo, but that's because (as far as we know) the missions come in two flavours: General & Personal Story. So you'll get the full experience with a slight colouration to fit your character. With that settled, lets now enjoy a nice cold glass of turnip juice. 68.144.100.215 06:42, 24 January 2012 (UTC)
