Mystic Forge note

In regards to the reasoning why my (unfortunately anonymous) edit was redacted: "Anything can come out of the Mystic Forge." This is patently untrue, but that's beside the point. Other named exotics have this annotation as a reliable way of acquiring them. This is also true for the regional exotic skins, and I would argue that it is a far more reliable means of getting one than actually trying to farm one as a drop ;D I don't think it's worth the effort to revert, but I would like this to be considered in the future.
