Naming[edit]

These chests are called Zephyrite Kite Basket on the overhead map (ie: when pressing m and mousing over the icon on the map). I'm going to put in a redirect for now, but it seems weird that they don't have the same name on the map and in the actual spot. AnastashaRomanov (talk) 07:07, 11 August 2019 (UTC)

Reset[edit]

When do the kite baskets reset again? I did some this afternoon in a zone, and went back after daily reset, and they hadn't returned. Are they 22-23 hours like some chests? --Notebene (talk) 01:30, 12 August 2020 (UTC)

Their respawn time is definitely shorter than 22/23h. Collected some at around 22:00AM yesterday, and today, 13h after that (+reset), I am able to collect the same kites. ~SimeUser Sime Maraca Choya.pngTalk 09:25, 12 August 2020 (UTC)

Visibility on compass (mini map)[edit]

I can confirm that a Kite Basket supply drop was not visible for my level 13 warrior in Caledon Forest. I could, however, loot it. You are free to remove this entry, when you have tested with a level 20 → 21 character. --Kerbezena (talk) 11:47, 3 September 2021 (UTC)

On free account, basket become visible on world and mini map at lvl 15. You will get the invitation to the festival mail on the first zone you do after getting to lvl 15. No idea if this is different for regular accounts. Recording: https://youtu.be/EfI2oBUjm0w

API Widget[edit]

Any chance someone could add the API check for the recipes from these baskets? I am nowhere near wiki-savvy enough to add it myself, and cross-checking these recipes in-game isn't fun. Thanks! Tyrene (talk) 23:07, 7 August 2022 (UTC)

I added it under notes (since I could not figure out how to add the widger directly under Contents). ~Sime 00:38, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
