I don't know how/if the slightly different dialogue should be included on the page, but here it is before establishing a workshop:

I am not familiar with dialogue formatting for NPCs that have different dialogue for various stages of guild hall restoration, so this is my suggestion for this. Feel free to modify/put this dialogue on the page if this is okay. —Nefastu (talk) 00:47, 12 December 2016 (UTC)

So, where is he?

He's actually got three locations, depending on your guild's upgrades. 1) In the temp tavern 2) In the temp workshop 3) In the completed workshop. It also depends on which hall you're looking at as he stands inside the completed workshop in Lost Precipice but beside the workshop area in Gilded Hollow.

The other NPCs also tend to move around depending on upgrades. I don't have any lower level halls so as to go back and check them, though. G R E E N E R 06:13, 13 February 2017 (UTC)
