Achievement or First time?

Rephrased the Acquisition as i did the instances just the second time and did not get mail again (as i thought i wouldnt). The Problem now is, are the extra ones per Mail recieved upon completing the dungeon for the first time as you get that story step done, or are they rewarded for completing the Achievement? As, up to this point, you dont get any physical rewards from Achievmenets (correct me if im wrong) i'd go with the "completing the instance for the first time". Right there was this one item. Thank you for reminding me. Makes more sense now and it probably is for the Achievement as you get those per mail with another item and you only get the mail after you left the instance, not when you actually completed it (at this point you get the achievment as well, you just dont see it as you get awarded with it in the Loading Screen).
