Weird things about this item

1. This is an alcohol, but it doesn't seem to give any points.
2. It has a sylvari restriction. No clue what that means. Maybe only they get alcohol points from it.
3. It's not unlocked for the entire account; seemingly only characters that gain the homestead have access.
4. It's soulbound, so only the character that buys it can drink it or gift it.
