This is not accessible in the Command Core instance. But, when you are in the Command Core instance, it will display This POI as being unlocked, but then when you leave the instance, it is no longer unlocked (back to gray). This isn't unique to this instance either. If you go into ANY instance on this map and look over at the POI, it displays being unlocked/found, then when you come out into the world, it is gray/un-found again. Also, There is not a "railed path" to the left from the foyer. Further more, Describing things with ambiguous/variable descriptions is less than ideal for directing another person. Foyer has many different interpretations throughout America, let alone the entire world's interpretations. And a "railed path"... What? That could literally mean almost anything. I would identify almost every thing in the entire city map as being "railed". I wish I had the power to contibute without it being over-ruled by whoever does that (a person who likely doesn't check into the query; linkey, just over rules things that question his contributions. --SiderFace (talk) 13:16, 23 January 2014 (UTC)

Change if it's wrong, discuss on their talk page if they disagree. No one has the power to overrule you if no discussion has taken place. I will say 'foyer' has a pretty specific definition and used appropriately in this context.--Relyk ~ talk < 15:37, 23 January 2014 (UTC)
