It definitely still has, both the grey defiance and the blue at the low hp, just confirmed it ingame. ~Sime 20:41, 15 December 2022 (UTC)

When I did it today it did have a CC bar at low health although it was incredibly brief for some reason so maybe I missed it previously --Life Infusion «T» 02:35, 16 December 2022 (UTC)
