Is there any purpose of these chests, since no achievements are associated with them?

Shiverpeaks Strike Mission Chest Loot

I have extensive evidence that the chests on the little JP at the beginning of the strike mission have different loot compared to the ones in Grothmar proper. The ones in the strike mission contain the exact amount of the following loot:

• 1 Empyreal Fragment
• 1 Unid Gear. Common is the default, but there is a chance at uncommon or rare.
• 5 Volatile Magic

I got different loot in Grothmar which is in line with the chest page, so this only applies to the ones in the strike instance. I have confirmed the loot for the strike mission instance chests in many many instances over a long period. AnastashaRomanov (talk) 05:36, 17 April 2020 (UTC)
