Blank chatlinks generated from IDs isn't an infrequent occurance ingame. We could do with having a look around to see if any vendors still sell this item though. (It's still in the API). -81.153.70.109 19:31, 1 February 2016 (UTC)

According to the few pages that link here, this was originally craftable during beta. It and a similar item were removed somewhere shortly after release. SarielV 07:34, 21 March 2019 (UTC)
