Is this a recipe you find somewhere, or was it suppose to pop up in your array of already known recipes? I'm Chef level 390 and I can't craft it in the Discovery window, or find it in my known recipes.--CraigDC42 04:10, 24 October 2012 (UTC)

Have you checked the new merchant with the candy corn icon standing near the cooking station in Lion's Arch? He sells several candy-corn-related cooking recipes for karma (though I don't remember offhand whether this is one of them). Supposedly there are also some recipes to be found in Trick-or-Treat Bags. --Felbryn 16:19, 25 October 2012 (UTC)
