Talk:Gilded Strongbox/Drop rate
Changelog:[edit]
- General cosmetic updates
- Added my drop rate data
- Added column "Tier 5 Rare Crafting Material"
- Added column "Glacial Core"
- Updated Totals and Percentages
- Updated user entry template to match new columns
I apologize if I've overstepped my boundaries by editing this page so drastically. I suspect that the rare and exotic weapon and armor drops have been remove from the drop tables for these champions. Time will tell. I also observed a ~10% droprate of 50 copper junk, but I left this out of the table. I struggled with the procedure to update the percentage row for gold. I settled on the average gold amount per box.
I would also like to move the Cores into a "Tier 4 Rare Crafting Material" column instead of stretching the page out by listing each one individually. I'll give a few days before doing so.--Pallaeon (talk) 03:04, 19 September 2013 (UTC)
Cleaning this up makes sense. The "Crystal Guardian" could be moved to exotic weapons (they still drop), too. And we need a group for trinkets. I have stats for another 250 boxes ready, just waiting to see if the layout is changed or not.Draco 13 (talk) 14:55, 28 September 2013 (UTC)
- 4 bag opens: 4 silver 26 copper, 23 piles of bloodstone dust, 1 gossamer scrap, 1 hardened leather section, 1 vicious fang, 2x large scales, 4 pieces of green equipment. (lv 80, 155MF) Riika Chi (talk) 04:30, 12 June 2018 (UTC)
2019[edit]
Based on some of the boxes that I've opened lately, which seems to be far more recent than the other entries, it looks like the formula is: $, Piles of Bloodstone Dust, Piece of Unidentified Gear (green/yellow), crafting material. I would like to edit the table with the above changes mentioned by Palleaon (waaaay back in 2013) and change some of the other things to reflect some of the updates since 2013. Also I'd add Inlinverst's data. AnastashaRomanov (talk) 07:40, 4 August 2019 (UTC)
- Also, I updated the totals and percentages. I think the tier 7 ascended crafting material (bloodstone dust) column is a bit off since the guy above me didn't put any in the column, even though it was a stack of 250. :( It's over 1/4 of the entire number opened, so it skews that statistic pretty hard.
