This recipe may require visiting the actual Mystic Forge, and only inconsistently worked with the Mystic Forge Conduit.

My observation:

1) Not available through Conduit.

2) Switched characters, available in LA's Mystic Forge

3) Also available in Conduit.

4) Switched character back to one in Step 1, and recipe was newly available in Conduit.

The mystic forge is sometimes crappy for recipes and can require multiple interactions to work. This is fairly normal and not specific to the location I believe. -Chieftain Alex 07:03, 1 November 2021 (UTC)
