Long time in coming

Alternate sources?

Six fragments are available through one-time achievements. Other than that, you can get single fragments from a seasonal promotion attached to Black Lion Chests. It feels very wasteful to make a vendor that can only be used twice by the average player. While I was running around Bitterfrost last night, I ran into this guy - just some randomly-placed Jotun Ghost who is seriously overpowered for your average Veteran. Given that a Jotun merchant is the one accepting the fragments, I have a theory that the ghost Jotun might actually drop them, as a rare drop. I've only been able to kill it once, so proving that is going to be difficult. SarielV 23:06, 4 January 2017 (UTC)

"like the arah P2 final boss. Bring reflects and he kills himself" eh, my guess is you are trying to refer to Lupi (which is not the final boss of any arah path). Even if so, if it is as similar as you mention I'm not sure whether that could be perceived as a bug or glitch abuse, considering the reflect method for Lupi is often frowned upon... but strangely never altered by Anet.
