Dubious champ effectiveness

In my experience, this item is only intermittently and partially effective against champs. Despite showing a frozen animation, it will not stop a champ skill activation already in progress. --68.13.242.31 08:19, 21 July 2017 (UTC)

Nothing can, unless the champ's defiance bar will be depleted by the conditions applied by the attack. This isn't limited to the Frost Gun. This is true of every attack and item in the game thanks to the mechanics of defiance. SarielV 17:28, 21 July 2017 (UTC)

And additionally some special snowflakes don't actually 'care' about having their defiance bar broken and attack regardless. Granted these ones are rare and feel more like a bug, but it does happen. -Darqam 18:10, 21 July 2017 (UTC)
