Incorrect info?

• Rare chance to obtain from the Fractal of the Mist's Daily Reward Chest when completing a fractal above level 10 or higher.

This seems incorrect. Today I did recommended 4, and daily 5 and 6 and one of them dropped this item. --Kazerniel (talk) 00:00, 12 November 2017 (UTC)
