There isn't really any reason to, I don't think? The achievement is pretty simple I think, and simple achievements normally just get merged onto the page of whatever they're associated with (be that item, NPC, event, or story). Achievements don't usually get their own pages unless they're complex or have multiple objectives, in my experience. Also, is it a random spawn or does it have fixed spawn locations? I found a spawn location for the Golden Mushroom Guru achievement which appears to not be recorded yet.
