Does it inflict burning as the burning page imples? Alfa-R User Alfa-R sig.png 11:20, 27 August 2011 (UTC)

It does, the wiki link to burning has just gone missing. - Infinite - talk 14:16, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
I'm sorry, but it does not apply burning oO Check out this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLmu_1XdlaY at around 1:05 the description is shown, and it does not include burning.
Actually, only the last "hit" applies burning, but it still applies burning. --76.173.91.72 14:17, 7 October 2012 (UTC)

Multiplier[edit]

Anyone know the multiplier on this weapon attack? --76.173.91.72 14:18, 7 October 2012 (UTC)

Pushes back certain mobs[edit]

An interesting easter egg is that Flame Jet will push back small sized mobs in the open world. Easiest way to test this is heading to Traveler's Dale, destroying an Orrian Corpse, spawning Risen Maggots for guinea pigs. I've found this to also work on other small mobs, such as a spider hatchling in the Asura starting zone. --JunBerry 05:30, 20 October 2012 (UTC)

They're so helpless, it's hilarious.
That's not a Flame Jet easter egg - certain monsters have a feature that they can be pushed back when hit. It's just particularly noticeable with Flame Jet because it hits multiple times per second and thus has multiple chances to trigger. Draxynnic 10:53, 19 March 2013 (UTC)
Indeed. The actual easiest way to see this is in the tunnels inside the Steel Eye walls. The branded devourer hatchlings there are easily pushed by any attack. The flamethrowers only make it much more noticeable. Mith🌟Talk 18:42, 10 October 2017 (UTC)
