Izzmek is sitting at Graveborn's landing (POI) in the 'Winterknell Shore' area within Cursed Shore zone. He is at the SouthEastern opening of the encampment just across from Explorer Graveborn (Karma merchant who sells the max Aqua Breathers). Every so often the 'Defend Graveborn's Landing from Invading Risen' event goes off, and Izzmek stays for the fights. After some tiem of the camp being under Pact control, Izzmek will start his event (the beginning of the quest chain that eventually leads to Lightbringer Surefoot being available for the purchase of max Karma Armor). It is possible the event will not trigger its beginning without enough players in the area. This event is designed int he same way as most Meta event chains: starting with an NPC at a event-defendable camp, that you wait for to start his/her event chain. --SiderFace (talk) 13:52, 18 October 2013 (UTC)
