Initial page creation

I know that there's a large chance of there being an error with the objective text "Protect Historian Vermoth", I didn't really pay attention while I was doing the event as I was mostly concerned with creating this page in the first place...and I was also doing the event, all that fighting and all. As a note, I included a crude map that shows the path that he takes and where you begin at.
