How do we know this was a mistake? There is no link to provide the evidence for this statement. Also "Until the Festival of the Four Winds 2018, there were only 2 tonics in the game." - appears to be false, as there were pre-existing account-bound tonics that were in the HoT expansion. "With the mentioned update, the existing tonics became account bound" - what existing tonics? For example, Endless Gift Dolyak Tonic is not account-bound. --Hesione (talk) 18:53, 25 February 2020 (UTC)
