How do you acquire this item (in order to get Dragon Emblem Clothing Outfit)?

I noticed it's the only one that's account bound, unlike the rest of the tonics/outfits sold by the new Town Clothes vendor in LA. --175.156.243.239 19:50, 26 December 2017 (UTC)

The Acquisition section on the page says how to get the tonic, and I'd guess because the original item was account bound is why the tonic is also account bound. - Do_odleplex 19:57, 26 December 2017 (UTC)
