Dears, for information: I just got the item from simply killing ghosts in Plain of Ashford, in the zone Old Duke's Estate. I would suggest to add this precision in the text. It's quite useful. Side note: Sorry, could never understand how to make the name Plain of Ashford and Old Duke's Estate coupled with their links to internal pages about them. :-) --Tilu 16:00, 6 December 2018 (UTC)
2020/04/12 Drops from Spider Hatchlings in the Ascolonian Catacomb dungeons[edit]
Just had this drop while fighting the Spider Queen in the Ascolonian Catacombs dungeon path 2. Dropped from one of the spider hatchlings

Got the item suring Justicar event from trash mobs. Don't know if it drops from all the ghosts of this class (e.g. in w1 raid, Forsaken Thicket).

After killing about 100 ghosts in Plains of Ashford without success, I went to Shattered Palisades in Blazeridge Steppes - dropped after about 10 kills.

Found it in my inventory after a PvP ranked in Forest of Niflhel. Not sure if already documented somewhere I couldn't find.
