Seems like you can also buy it at the Escaped Prisoner Ariessea, that is the hearth vendor at Heathen's Hold near [Heathen's Hold Waypoint].
How many per day?[edit]
The description says this is limited to one purchase per account per day. But buying it only removes it from the vendor list of the heart NPC in question, so you can actually buy 4. One or the other of those is wrong. 90.197.26.146 19:59, 6 May 2017 (UTC)
- It says "one daily purchase per vendor", which is consistent for 5 a day, since there are 5 vendors. --Faelys 20:34, 6 May 2017 (UTC)
